We run classes and workshops for schools, colleges and other institutions on a weekly basis or as one off workshops. The classes can be tailored to the needs of the participants. Any age and any ability.

What type of Classes and Workshops are on offer?

Tai Chi - Kung Fu - Qi Gong/Meditation
  • Weekly Classes:
1. After school/college - as a chance to regularly practise and learn more.

2. During school/college hours - as part of the governments "5 Hour" offer
(We are the preferred partner of Bournemouth Active Communities - Bournemouth Borough Council/Active 3x30 for Tai Chi & Qi Gong/Meditation)

  • Workshops:
1. Activity Days/Weeks - Perhaps a themed "China" day or "Martial Arts" week as previous schools have had. Also in the literal sense of "physical activity" giving something a little different from the more mainstream sports and activities.

2. One off Workshops - Different skills taught in numerous ways to link with the participants requirements. Anything from PE to Drama for students. Stress management for teachers and lecturers. Sessions that have parental involvement.

Who Can Participate?

  • Students - Students of all ages can take part and the level of instruction is adapted to the various age brackets.
  • Teachers/Lecturers - Teachers and lecturers can have sessions to help with stress. Helping them to relax and work with renewed focus.
