Activity Day - 3x1hr sessions
We had a really great day teaching some of the younger children at Haymoor Middle School in Poole. As part of their Activity week they were having an "Oriental" day. We taught three 1hr sessions to different classes. We spoke a little of Chinese culture and then taught a mixture of Kung Fu and Tai Chi. All the classes participated with vigour and commitment and everyone really seemed to enjoy what they took from the experience including the teachers! We finished each session with a demonstration; some hand forms and sword forms. Here are some of the "Thank you" letters that they sent.
