FREE Tai Ji - NLDC Project
NATURAL HEALING KARAOKE CHRISTMAS PARTY!!!!!!
Wednesday 15th December 2010 - 6pm onwards
This year we are holding our Christmas party at Wonderful Kitchen Chinese Restaurant in Bournemouth!! It is a really nice place with wonderful food and a great function room with Karaoke System and if numbers are like they have been the past two years then we will have the whole restaurant to ourselves. Food will be buffet style and include vegetarian dishes. They are giving us a great price at £10 for Adults and only £5 for children. Drinks of course will be extra but the Karaoke is Free and will go on into the early hours if we want.
Everybody is welcome including families and friends so please do join us for some festive fun!

Workshops
Kids Half Term Kung Fu Stick!!
Thursday 28th October, 10am – 4pm, Annunciation Church Hall
Time for us to take those kids off your hands for another day!!
During half term we will be running a one day workshop similar to our summer camp except this time we will be teaching Shaolin Gun (stick) for the whole day!!
Learning basics and the form our young people will be like Shaolin warriors by the end of the day!

We have a number of new classes running that could offer opportunities to train more often and also for friends and family that might like to try some of the sessions that we teach. Please see below for details but also our website for more information.

Competition
Team Shaolin Kung Fu & Chen Style Tai Chi Competition ∙ European Championships
Saturday 6th November 2010. All day.
In November we will attend the above competition and would like to offer the opportunity for people to enter if they wish. We see competitions as an opportunity for students to work toward something and to better their skill. There are both children and adult categories in Shaolin Kung Fu and Chen Style Tai Chi. It’s a great day up to London and a chance to see other people show their skill in both disciplines. Some of the competitors are a very high level and this year it has been opened up across some European schools so it could be quite exciting!
Those that enter pay for their entry fee, chip in on the petrol and Paul teaches extra training sessions for free beginning 3 to 4 weeks prior to the day.

Please note: Classes will be cancelled on this day but we would love for people to come and join us to watch and support our students. It promises to be a great day!!

NEW - Summer Practice
in the Park
During the summer months subject to weather we have been practising in a local park together.
You can bring along family members or friends and just hang out. Bring some food and practice. We will help you with any questions you might have and help with your forms. This goes for all our students. Kung Fu, Tai Chi and Qi gong.
It's a great chance to train for free but also to get to know some of your peers from the different venues that we teach at.
For the kids we play games and hopefully there will be some more great days!!
At the classes we'll let you know what days we will be doing it. The next day will be:

QUEENS PARK - Queens Park West drive, opposite St Albans ave. There are a few green metal park benches and is usually quite quiet. There is parking on the road side.

3 – 5 May: Gaunts Spring Festival 2008!
Celebrate The Advent Of Spring/May Day/Beltaine with us!
A Gentle and Friendly Three-Day Family Event.
Bank Holiday Weekend.
PROGRAMME:
Gaunts house will be open from 10.00 am each day, with the festival closing at 6.00 pm on Monday 5th May. Refreshments are available during the day, with lunch being served at 1.00 pm, cream teas at 3.00 pm and supper at 6.30 pm.
Natural Healing will be doing Tai chi, Kung Fu & Qi Gong demonstrations throughout the day and there will also be opportunities to do workshops in all these disciplines.
Entrance each day is £5.00 for adults. Children will be very welcome and there will be no charge for them. There will be a small charge for workshops, and the evening events. We regret that no dogs are allowed. The courtyard shop will be open for an array of crafts but this year we are not having other craft stalls.

"Get Fit Feel Great"
On the 12th/13th April 2008
We will have a stand all day Saturday and the second half of the day on Sunday. You can come down and get information on our School of Tai Chi, Kung Fu & Qi Gong. We will be giving out leaflets,
and throughout the day performing various forms. Tai Chi and Kung Fu weapons and Open Hand.
You will be able to see some of our students and instructors showing the various levels of what we teach. It will be a fun day inconjunction with Bournemouth Councils "Get Fit Feel Great" drive.
We would love to see as many people there as possible. You can even try for yourself during the taster sessions we are doing for the public! Hope to see you there!!
