We are currently teaching Chen Style Tai Chi, Traditional Kung Fu & Qi Gong. As students progress they will continue to learn their chosen syllabus at intermediate and advanced levels. These include Hands Forms, Push Hands, San Shou (Chinese Kickboxing) and Weapons.
